Building Department

A Building Permit must be applied for and approved before any work can be performed within the Village limits.

If you are unsure whether a permit is required, please contact Brendan Meskill, Building Inspector for the Village of McCook at (708)447-9030 x 639 or via email at bmeskill@villageofmccook.org.

In addition to the permit application; All contractor’s and sub-contractor’s must be currently licensed and in compliance to perform work within the Village limits. Information is available in the License Department.
